Terms and Conditions of Sale

By using this website www.balitowel.eu and ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to accept them.

Article 1 – Ordering on our website.

1.1 Selling restrictions

Our online store is dedicated exclusively to orders in a personal capacity. Any purchase intended for resale or for any other commercial purpose is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse mutiple quantity order of a same product from one single purchaser or destined to a single address. All products offered for sale on our website are subject to availability.

 

1.2 Ordering

You will automatically receive an email confirming your order and payment. We suggest you keep it safe for any future application.

 

1.3 Rejection or cancellation of an order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for the following reasons : unavailable product in stock, incorrect or incomplete adress or contact information, unverifiable or incomplete bank information, wire transfer payment not received within 7 days, erroneous purchase price, order likely to be for a professional.

Rejection or cancellation of an order on just and proper grounds will not give rise to any compensation but we will reimburse the purchaser is the payment has been done.

 

1.4 Availability of the products

Despite our best efforts of good management of stocks, it is possible that your order was confirmed but the product is not available in stock when we prepare your order. In such event, we will inform you of the restocking time frame by email. If this time frame doesn’t suit you, you will have the possibility to exchange your product for another of the same price or to get reimbursed.

We will deliver the products to the adress you have mentioned in your order.

We will not be held responsible if this adress is incorrect or incomplete.

 

2-2 Delay of delivery

We do our best to deliver your products within the given time frames. However, these time frames are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods (Christmas, …) or because of circumstances or conditions either unexpected or beyound our control.

If you don’t receive your order within acceptable time frames, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@balitowel.com and we will do our best to assist you and inform you about your delivery.

 

Article 3 – PRICE

3.1 Price

All the prices given on our website include VAT, at the currently valid statutory rate.
The prices are in Euro and do not include the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated depending on the type and location of delivery.

 

3.2 Pricing error

Despite our best efforts, it might occur in exceptional cases that some products have a wrong price. In such event, we will contact you and you will have the choice to confirm your order with the right price or cancel it.

 

Article 4 – PAYMENT – DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

4.1 Accepted payment types

You can pay your order via Credit Card, Master Card, Visa or PayPal.

 

4.2 Property rights

We will deliver the products provided that the payment is effective. The goods shall remain our property until the full payment have been received.

 

4.3 Payment by bankcard

By paying by bankcard, you confirm that the bankcard you are using for the payment is yours. All bankcards order are strictly sujected to validation controls and to authorization from the card issuer. It the issuer of the card refuses to authorize the payment, we will have the right to refuse to deliver your order.

 

4.4 Invoicing

For any order, an invoice will be sent to the email address you specified in your personal data.

 

Article 5 – RETURN AND EXCHANGES

 

Only the products bought on our website www.balitowel.eu can be subject to return or exchange. Wether you have bought your products in a shop, on another website or any other selling point, the products will have to be returned to this selling point.

 

5-1 Return and exchange procedure

In the event, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your products, you can return the package within 14 days of receipt of your order. After this period, the products may not be returned, exchanged neither reimbursed.

To exchange a product, please send an email to contact@balitowel.com explaining why you wish to return or exchange the product.

Products must be returned :

  • in their original condition
  • undamaged
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in their original packaging
  • with the original purchase receipt
  • with all labels (wash care, …)

 

Return shipping fees are at your own expenses and will therefore lead to no reimbursement. We cannot be held liable for any loss of a product returned by you.

 

5.2 Repayment terms

Repayment is either by credit of the banking card seized at the time of the order or in the PayPal account used for the order.

Repayment is made within 30 days of sending of the products by you.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Article 6 – RESPONSABILITY

 

We shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from an improper use of our products.

 

In the event of a breach on your part of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale, we will send you a formal notice.

If said notice remains unanswered after a period of 15 days, we may immediately refuse the access to the website www.balitowel.eu, cancel your account and refuse your next orders.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
